Ryan Brewer

Ryan is co-founder and Managing Principal of Ballast Investments. Before founding Ballast, Ryan had over 15 years of experience in real estate investing and asset management.

Ryan and his wife Meredith have three children and live in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Brewer family is a breeder custodian and are active volunteers for the non-profit organization, Guide Dogs for the Blind. They care for, house, and love dogs selected to birth litters of puppies to ultimately serve the blind community.

Ryan holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from London Business School.
