Since joining Stream in 2014, Ryan Boozer has completed over 825 transactions for more than 36 million square feet, totaling over $1.29 billion in transaction volume. Ryan is Vice Chairman and Partner, leading the firm’s Industrial division in Dallas, Texas. Ryan is responsible for managing and directing all industrial tenant representation while continuing to offer his clients national portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions, project leasing, investment sales, and development services.
