Ryan Boozer joined Stream Realty Partners in 2014 and is Managing Director & Partner leading the firm's Industrial division in Dallas, Texas. Ryan is responsible for managing and directing all industrial tenant representation while continuing to offer his clients, national portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions, project leasing, investment sales, and development services.
During Ryan's tenure, he has completed in excess of 10,000,000 square feet of industrial, flex, land, and construction transactions, which accounted for over $200,000,000 in transaction volume.
