Bio
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT THE CORPORATE CULTURE OF HPI? The culture at HPI is very entrepreneurial, and allows employees to be innovative and create new processes and strategies that improve the company. Also, the HPI culture is very family oriented, and co-workers provide support or advice in times of need. WHAT IS THE SMALLEST CHANGE WE HAVE MADE AT HPI THAT HAS HAD THE BIGGEST POSITIVE RESULT? As with most businesses, it is essential to be able to adapt to new trends and technologies as time goes on. HPI continues to update its technology, processes, and is open to exploring new ideas and real estate strategies, all while maintaining the culture and lessons entrenched within the company from the founders. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME? I like to travel to new destinations and experience the history and culture of locations during my spare time. While vacationing, I enjoy trying the local food, beer, coffee and restaurants that are entrenched in the culture of the towns that I am visiting.
