Ryan Bathie

Ryan Bathie is a Principal on the investments team and General Counsel of IPG. In this capacity, Mr. Bathie is involved in many aspects of IPG’s businesses. In additional to being responsible for all legal matters for IPG, Mr. Bathie is also responsible for overseeing and executing IPG’s transactional activities as well as IPG’s corporate initiatives. Prior to joining IPG, Mr. Bathie was a special counsel at the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where he represented owners, developers, financial institutions, corporations and investors in a diverse array of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Bathie received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law.
