Ryan has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Ryan's proven leadership abilities in cost analysis and critical project management have enabled him to successfully deliver a variety of projects types including industrial, higher education, corporate office, retail, K-12 schools and hospitality. Since joining SunCap in 2013, Ryan has offered oversight of over 80 industrial projects in the SunCap portfolio. Projects with previous firms include : Pickens County High School - $36 million, Mecklenburg County Arrest Processing Center over $5 million renovation to existing Arrest Processing Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Time Warner Cable Data Center a $75 million data facility located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accreditation from the United States Green Building Council and a management certification from the United States Amy Corps of Engineers Quality Control.
