Bio
Russell Dey, Director, is responsible for the origination of new seniors housing debt and equity opportunities at Walker & Dunlop. He focuses on independent living, assisted living, and memory care properties eligible for Walker & Dunlop’s proprietary bridge loan execution, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and other capital markets executions throughout the United States. Mr. Dey has completed over $3 billion in transactions over the course of his career. Mr. Dey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and government from Skidmore College in 2005.
