Russell Blumenthal

Russell joined Redstone Commercial in Spring 2018 from RMC Realty in Tampa. He is primarily focused on retail development and brokerage. Russell brings with him many years of real estate experience from not just a brokerage standpoint, but also as a successful retailer, operating multiple locations throughout Florida. As a franchisee of Ideal Image, he leased, oversaw and was responsible for the buildout of 12 locations from 2003 to 2009. These 12 locations have been sold back to the franchisor. In 2013 Russell leased and oversaw the buildout of 5 Sport Clips franchise locations. Russell has experience in commercial property acquisition for developing shopping centers, communications towers, and stand-alone retail stores. Russell is a member of ICSC and still is involved in the cell tower business where opportunities present themselves. Russell has two daughters and a dog.
