Russell Dalin

Mr. Dalin serves as Supervisory Vice President – Asset Management for Easterly Government Properties.

Mr. Dalin is responsible for asset management of the firm’s portfolio, including managing the financial performance of the assets, property operations, leasing, capital planning and investment, and tenant satisfaction.

Mr. Dalin has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience including asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, financings and property management. During his career, Mr. Dalin has been involved in real estate transactions totaling $1.2B and has been responsible for the management, acquisition or financing of GSA leased premises totaling 1.8M square feet. Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Dalin was a Director of Finance for Phillips Realty Capital, where he was involved in real estate financing totaling in excess of $500M. Prior to Phillips, Mr. Dalin was a Vice President of Asset Management and Property Management for Willco Companies, where he was responsible for a 3M square foot portfolio under management and as a Vice President of Acquisitions for Guardian Realty Investors, where he was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing of portfolio assets.

Mr. Dalin received his MBA in Finance from The George Washington University and a BA from the University of Maryland.
