Bio
Russell Lang joined the company in 2014 as a Project Manager and was promoted to his current position after one year. Mr. Lang leads, oversees, and manages all of the company’s affordable housing developments, from initial RFP applications and project inception through construction and stabilization. Since joining the company, Mr. Lang has developed 805 units of affordable housing and 60,000 square feet of retail in New York City
Before joining Douglaston Development, Mr. Lang was a Senior Project Manager at CPC Resources Inc. Mr. Lang holds his B.A. from Amherst College and received his Master’s in Urban Planning from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service.
