Russ Moroz is a First Vice President, Investments and specializes exclusively in selling medical, office, industrial, and retail investment properties. He is a Director of the National Office & Industrial Properties Group, Director of the specialized Healthcare Real Estate Group, and an Associate Director of the National Retail Group.

Mr. Moroz has negotiated complex transactions in multiple states and has represented financial institutions, investors, physicians, developers, and foreign nationals. He is licensed in the state of California and the State of Nevada and represents clients in both states.

Mr. Moroz has been quoted by news publications for his expertise in commercial real estate and has been highlighted in the "Heavy Hitters in Commercial Real Estate" feature in the Sacramento Business Journal (Most recently in March, 2018). He has been nominated for the prestigious Broker of the Year award by the Association of Commercial Real Estate in Sacramento.

Mr. Moroz is the former president of the Real Estate Organization at California State University, Sacramento and maintains an active involvement with various commercial real estate and investment trade organizations including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
