An institutional asset and portfolio manager with over 35 years experience, Russ has been a member of Palmer Capital Inc. since 1997. Russ' prior roles as a Portfolio Manager at American Realty Advisors and overseeing the financing and disposition of over $1.0 billion of properties from lending institutions enables him to acutely offer clients invaluable advice on their investment and financing opportunities. Russ currently provides strategic direction to enhance client portfolios throughout the Western United States. Russ is also responsible for the underwriting, sourcing, structuring and negotiation of commercial real estate finance and sale transactions.
