Bio
As founder and chief executive officer of Banyan Street Capital, Rudy Prio Touzet provides strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the firm’s operations. He brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate and financial experience to Banyan, which he founded in 2007.
Prior to founding Banyan Street Capital, Mr. Touzet co-founded America’s Capital Partners in 1997, and led the company for the next decade. During that time, the firm invested in and operated 13.8 million square feet of office properties, with a value of $1.9 billion, throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic in joint ventures with domestic and international investors. In 2009, Mr. Touzet combined many of the ACP assets with Eola Capital, LLC and helped to lead Eola through its merger with Parkway Properties, Inc. in 2011. He also served as an independent director of Parkway from 2011 to 2012.
