Ruben is a professional with over 10 years of experience in finance, real estate, and hospitality management. He started his career at Goldman Sachs after graduating from Cornell University and later pursued his MBA at Harvard Business School. He then joined as employee #10 at a hospitality proptech startup, Kasa Living, as Director and Head of Real Estate, where he helped grow the business from Pre-Seed to Series B with over $50 million in capital raised and 150+ employees.

He currently serves on the Cornell University Council Administrative Board and the Dean's Council of Young Alumni Members for the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. Ruben resides in South Florida with his spouse.
