Roy has been in commercial banking for 40 years, and with 1st Colonial Community Bank for the last 12 years, specializing in commercial lending. Roy has a BA in Economics from West Chester University and attended Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers, New Brunswick. He is involved with the local Rotary Club and works with IHOC – Interfaith Homeless Outreach Council in Camden, along with Urban Promise. Roy and his wife Pam have two sons and six grandchildren living in the area, which keeps them busy.
