Rowan serves an integral role for Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets Group, providing insight and expert analysis to the investment sales team. Rowan provides brokerage and analytical support for the sale of investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region through detailed financial underwriting, cash flow projections, market comparable analysis and preparation of investment offering memorandums. He also researches current asset and capital market conditions and monitors the development of buying, selling and lending activity in the Washington, D.C. region. His skill set and networking prowess have proven to be an essential element of the sales process.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Rowan was an asset manager with a private equity real estate firm in Washington, DC. In this role, Rowan was responsible for financial reporting, developing business plans, budgeting, and forecasting for a $1.7 billion portfolio of multifamily assets. He also completed due diligence involving acquisitions, refinances, and dispositions of assets.
