Ross Wettersten is an Associate Director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, Ross represents both institutional and private clients across the United States, specializing in the valuation and disposition of multifamily properties.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Wettersten worked as an associate at CBRE where he specialized in the valuation and disposition of multifamily properties and assisted with new business development, capital sourcing, and transaction management. Before that, he worked at CA Ventures with a focus of new construction lease up and asset management.

Mr. Wettersten earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Indiana University Bloomington.
