Bio
Mr. Pfautz has decades of experience in commercial acquisition and development in the western U.S. including ten years with Trammell Crow Company, where he worked on the billion-dollar Park Place master plan in Irvine, CA. He then founded BVP Investments which he operated for over 18 years. Mr. Pfautz is responsible for the acquisition, development, leasing and management of the company’s assets in Northern Nevada, including the 4,300 acre Victory Logistics District.
