Ross Pemmerl

Mr. Pemmerl, Chief Credit Officer, has more than 12 years of commercial real estate finance experience. Over the past ten years with UC Funds, he has underwritten, structured and closed over $1 billion dollars in transaction volume. Prior to joining UC Funds, Mr. Pemmerl worked as a Special Assets Workout Officer in RBS Citizens' Global Restructuring Group where he was responsible for the management and disposition of RBS Citizens' OREO portfolio throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Mr. Pemmerl earned a BA in Economics with a secondary concentration in Mathematics from Wesleyan University.
