EXPERIENCE Ross Moore is a Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle's Real Estate Investment Banking Group in Los Angeles where he specializes in the placement of debt and equity for real estate investors.
A JLL veteran and native of Texas, Ross started his commercial real estate career with Jones Lang LaSalle-Real Estate Investment Banking headquarters in Houston, TX focusing primarily on multifamily and commercial debt and equity originations, acquisitions and recapitalizations before moving west to join a nationally recognized multifamily debt and structured finance team at CBRE. Since 2010, Ross has facilitated the placement and origination of over $2 billion of debt and equity on multifamily and mixed use assets across the United States. He has also worked as controller of a full service residential remodel/builder.
Education and Affiliations Ross received his B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business. Ross holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License and Texas Brokers License.
