Bio
In his role as President of Dunbar, Ross has overall responsibility for the firm’s investment and management activities. Through the course of his career, Ross has successfully executed in excess of one billion dollars of core through value added real estate investments. Ross also has extensive property and asset management experience having been responsible for over 100 properties with an approximate value of nearly $500 million. Prior to founding Dunbar, Ross was the Vice President of Investments at Cohen Asset Management, Inc. where he helped acquire almost four million square feet of industrial and office property throughout California, Arizona, Texas, and the Midwest. Ross earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada and a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California. Ross also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. Ross has been a speaker at the University of Southern California (USC) Lusk School for Real Estate, is actively involved with USC as a mentor for graduate real estate students and has served as a board member of the USC School of Policy, Planning and Development’s alumni board. He resides in Manhattan Beach, California with his wife, Stephanie, and their five children.
