Bio
Mr. Edwards is responsible for developing and executing strategies for successfully managing the Company’s retail leasing activities in order to maximize portfolio occupancy and performance. In addition, Mr. Edwards oversees aspects of the Company’s Real Estate Operations, including managing the portfolio’s right of way, condemnation and third-party request activity.
Background
Mr. Edwards joined Realty Income in 2007 as a Portfolio Management Analyst. He was promoted to Director of Leasing & Dispositions in 2008, Senior Director of Leasing & Dispositions in 2013, Associate Vice President, Corporate Lease Expirations in 2015, Vice President, Leasing & Real Estate Operations in 2016, and to his current position in December 2019. Prior to joining Realty Income, Mr. Edwards was employed as a Financial Analyst for a privately-held company, Premier Golf Management.
Mr. Edwards graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Finance.
