Rosha joined Price Edwards and Company as a Commercial Retail Specialist in April 2015. She specializes in Retail which includes Landlord/Tenant representation and Retail Development. Before joining Price Edwards and Company, Rosha started her real estate career at Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker & Associates. During her time at CBCHA, she was selected by CBC Corporate to represent the Midwest as the Regional Business Development Manager for Realogy’s Global Client Solutions team. She had the privilege of working in corporate services with nationally recognized retailers, such as Orange Leaf in franchise development and Advanced Auto Parts in dispositions. Rosha earned many accolades during her time at CBC which include; Top Producer for 2014 along with receiving the President’s Award for 2014 as she completed over $3 million in transactions in her first year of her career. Rosha attended The University of Northeastern Oklahoma for a time with a focus on Business/Marketing and was a statewide ranked tennis player in the USTA league. She is continuing her education as a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Oklahoma City Chamber, and NW OKC Chamber.
