Bio
Prior to joining Twining, Rose led RXR Realty’s development of projects totaling 1.7MM square feet in New York City, including new construction and adaptive reuse mixed-income multifamily, office, hotel, and retail. Prior to her tenure with RXR, at Steiner NYC, Rose spearheaded the entitling, design, construction, and marketing of Steiner East Village, the 82-unit condominium which set neighborhood sales records. Rose also served as Senior Consultant with Steven Winter Associates, where she consulted with developers on incorporating and implementing energy efficient and sustainable building techniques in new construction projects.
For 6 years, Rose sat on the board of Women in Housing & Finance (WHF). Rose graduated cum laude from Barnard College of Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and urban studies.
