Cushman & Wakefield of California's Rooney Daschbach is a 32 year veteran in Southern California's industrial real estate industry specializing in Institutional Landlord Representation in the South Bay and Mid-Counties Submarkets. Rooney began his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CBRE) in 1986 specializing in industrial sales and leasing in the Mid-Counties market. In 1992, Rooney was hired by Trammell Crow Company and oversaw the leasing and sales of a 12,000,000 square foot portfolio developed by Trammell Crow in the Commerce, Vernon, and Bell Submarkets. He joined Overton Moore Properties in 2000 where he directed the sales and leasing of more than 10 million square feet of existing projects and new development in the South Bay, Mid Counties, and Commerce markets. In 2006, joined C&W's Long Beach office where he has been involved in some of the market's largest transactions including Bristol Group's sale of a 4.2 million square foot industrial portfolio as well as Overton Moore Properties in the sale of a 1.8 million square foot industrial portfolio, the sale of 432,000 square feet in nine buildings on behalf of Prudential Real Estate Investors, and recently the sale and lease of a new 512,000 SF building for Bridge.
