Ronald Cocquyt

Ron serves a multitude of functions in his role as Executive Vice-President of Wilmorite and its affiliates. His responsibilities include the structuring of ownership and financing for new acquisitions, sale of properties and monitoring business operations. During his three decade career with Wilmorite, Ron has been responsible for commercial lease negotiations, mortgage and bond financing, taxation, purchase and sale of commercial real estate, business operations, new business ventures and the captive insurance program. Ron is an attorney, certified public accountant and a licensed real estate broker. He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and School of Business. Ron came to Wilmorite in 1981 from Coopers & Lybrand, where he was a tax manager.
