Mr. Recht has more than 43 years of real estate experience, and shares responsibility with his partner Mr. Burger for PDP’s business development, strategies, operations and decision making. He is also responsible for PDP’s and several of its affiliates’ day-to-day operations including asset, property and construction management oversight. Mr. Recht graduated from California State University Northridge with a B.A. in Radio, Television and Film in 1975. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.

The company invests in select secondary markets that have access to transportation, Class A amenities, an educated work force and a growing population base.
