Ron Koretz

Ron Koretz is a Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management for Student Housing at Blue Vista, with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of asset management for Blue Vista's Student Housing portfolio.

Prior to joining Blue Vista, Ron held various senior asset and portfolio management roles across all major property types at Equibase Capital Group, ORIX Real Estate Capital and CMD Realty Investors; while at CMD, Ron was responsible for the sale of over $770 million of office properties nationwide. Prior to that, Ron held positions with First Chicago NBD Corporation and JMB Realty.

Ron earned an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Michigan.
