Robin A. Burke

Ms. Burke is based in Northern Virginia and has a background in commercial real estate that has included work on projects from Florida to Massachusetts, with the majority of her experience in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Prior to her current position, Ms. Burke was Senior Vice President – Asset Management from 2007-2013 for KBS Realty Advisors, a private equity real estate firm, where she focused on Asset Management, Leasing, Acquisition and Disposition of commercial properties in the Mid-Atlantic. From 2001 to 2007, Ms. Burke worked as a tenant and landlord broker with CBRE (Suburban Maryland) specializing in leasing and sales of office and industrial properties. Prior to that, Ms. Burke served as Director, Real Estate Services for USAA Realty Company, representing USAA’s real estate interests in the Mid-Atlantic and spent 10 years with Bedford Properties, a national real estate investment company, as a development project manager for new office and flex development projects in Maryland. Ms. Burke is a licensed real estate salesperson; a recipient of Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) Million Dollar Leasing Club Award; a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); and she serves on the board of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association – Northern Virginia Chapter.
