Bio
Robin L. Blauer is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager responsible for implementing the investment strategy for several of Sentinel’s commingled funds and separate accounts. Ms. Blauer joined Sentinel in 1997. Her professional career began at The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York where she had real estate responsibilities in asset and portfolio management, mortgage originations and acquisitions of real estate for institutional clients. In 1992, Ms. Blauer joined Saylor Property Capital, a real estate consulting firm offering services to institutional investors in property financial analysis, due diligence, workout strategies and portfolio management. Most recently, she was a principal of Chadwick, Saylor & Co. Ms. Blauer received her BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Master's of City Planning degree from Harvard University. She is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Urban Land Institute.
