Biography
Robin Barrett is a senior client services coordinator for the top-producing Colliers office and education services team, led by Todd Noel, vice chair of Colliers in Arizona and the national director of Colliers’ Education Advisory Group, the leading advisory group dedicated to the education industry. Specializing in the sale and leasing of office and educational properties, the team represents landlords, tenants, investors, build-to-suit development, and land transactions.
Robin supports Todd Noel, Kyle Campbell, Michael Marsh, Matt Baniszewski, Anthony Timpani, and Isaiah Tillman, by providing advanced marketing support, preparing sales reports, conducting research, managing the team’s database, formatting proposals, and creating presentations and pitch decks.
With more than 18 years’ experience in supporting commercial real estate brokers, Robin has an innate understanding of the business and is able to anticipate the needs of those around her. By providing honest assessments, taking initiative, and efficiently prioritizing tasks, she has gained the trust and respect of her colleagues.
Robin is a team player with a wide range of expertise in software ranging from design to research, databases, and proprietary industry systems. Her experience has earned her a reputation of being ambitious, committed, devoted, earnest, attentive, strategic, tenacious, resourceful, and resilient.
Robin has been in commercial real estate since 1998 where she started out as an administrative assistant for Insignia/ESG in Phoenix, supporting thirteen brokers in design and marketing coordination. In 2008, she began to explore the country. During her travels, she worked with commercial real estate brokers and financial advisors, gaining extensive insight and experience at firms such as Orgel Wealth Management, Cushman & Wakefield, and Jones Lang LaSalle.
