Robert (Bob) Yoshimura serves as team leader of the Capital Markets group of Lee & Associates of Eastern PA. Bob has assembled a team of professionals that have executed some of the highest profile real estate transactions in the marketplace. A prime example of this expertise was the recapitalization of Linpro Specified Properties with GE Capital Corporation. This transaction ultimately resulted in the formation of Brandywine Realty Trust.
