Rob Willard is a Managing Director with Paramount Lodging Advisors based in St. Louis, MO. Rob is a 30+ year veteran in the hospitality industry with a strong background in Hotel Operations, Ownership and overall management. He began his career in Columbus, Ohio while attending The University of Ohio State and receiving his bachelor degree in Hospitality Management in 1991. He started his hospitality career with Winegardner and Hammons in 1989 and has worked for Impac Hotels, Lodgian and B.f Saul Company, before starting his own management company in 2008.

Rob has held the title of President and Principal with three hotel companies. He is known for outstanding performance, high integrity operations and straight-forward management style. His career is marked by relentless dedication to profitability and award winning achievement at every level.
