Robert is based in Houston, TX as Senior Vice President – South Region, where he is responsible for site selection, including suitability for distribution warehouse development, entitlement and feasibility; masterplan and building design, marketing strategy, building and industrial park construction and development, and leasing oversight. His 30-year development career includes land entitlement, development, leasing, marketing, and/or sale of over 3 million square feet of distribution and build-to-suit industrial product, 800,000 square feet of office, 2,000 self-storage units totaling over 275,000 square feet, and various retail and multi-family properties for Gerald Hines, Opus Corporation, and Panattoni Development. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX and a Bachelor of Architecture, University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX.
