Bio
Rob is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services, assisting clients by providing full tenant representation services for acquisition, disposition and market analysis projects via a multi-market transaction management approach. Rob is currently responsible for executing and delivering services for CDW, GE Healthcare, Motorola, and Schneider Electric.
Over the past nine years, Rob has worked extensively on overall strategy to reduce costs and space efficiency for the Schneider Electric, GE Healthcare, Aon Corporation and Hewitt Associates accounts. During this period, he has completed over 648 assignments totaling approximately 17.4 million square feet of industrial and office space requirements throughout the world. In December 2012, he completed a 235,000 SF office/lab consolidation for Schneider Electric in Northern, MA.
Prior to joining CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services in 2003, Rob specialized in Office Tenant Representation in the Metropolitan Chicago Market for over five years.
