Robert Stephenson

Robert O. Stephenson (56) is our Chief Financial Officer and has served in this capacity since August 2001. Mr. Stephenson also serves on the board of the University of Baltimore Foundation. From 1996 to July 2001, Mr. Stephenson served as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Integrated Health Services, Inc. Prior to joining Integrated Health Services, Inc., Mr. Stephenson held various positions at CSX Intermodal, Inc., Martin Marietta Corporation and Electronic Data Systems.
