Bio
Mr. Schifano oversees Penn-Florida Companies’ Property Management division, providing operations support for approximately 1,000,000 SF of Class A and Class B office, retail, private club, medical and flex office/industrial space throughout Florida. He boasts over 30 years of expertise in negotiation of lease transactions, asset management, and facilities management. Before his more than 14-year tenure at Penn-Florida Companies, Mr. Schifano spent his career managing large real estate portfolios in the New York City area and throughout South Florida for companies such as Citigroup, Inc. and AT&T.
