Profile

 

As a principal of the Office Tenant Advisory Group, Bob has helped the team distinguish themselves for smart and innovative leadership in commercial real estate, unmatched in the region. Over the past 20 years, he has gained the trust and respect of many large repeat clients while consistently winning new business for the team. In the past three years, the team has been involved in the brokerage of more than $2 billion worth of transactions, including major projects that have and will continue to shape the region.

 

Recent milestones include brokering the adaptive reuse of the historic 171,000 SF Vernon Manor hotel for Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, and the 128,000 SF build-to-suit world headquarters for Tempur Sealy International in Lexington, Kentucky. The team also facilitated the $35 million purchase of 23.4 acres in downtown Cincinnati that was recently developed into an urban casino, operated by Harrah's Entertainment.
