Robert Poirier is an associate vice president in Northmarq’s Atlanta office. Knowledgeable in business, operational and financial perspective, Robert has extensive experience assisting organizations which are downsizing or restructuring, reshaping through acquisition, preparing for sale, or implementing a strategic growth plan. His highly creative, performance-driven real estate business solutions and tenacious negotiation style demonstrates his dedication to providing clients with exceptional service.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Robert served as an associate director at Stan Johnson Company (SJC). Before SJC, Robert co-founded an online commercial real estate website that directly targeted tenants and end-users while providing them with unrestricted access to available lease properties. Robert was also the senior vice president of Transwestern’s tenant advisory services and corporate real estate team, serving as an integral part of the senior leadership responsible for managing operations, strategy implementation and innovation improvements that resulted in growing revenue volume and an improved level of service to their clients. He began his commercial real estate career at GVA Advantis where he first served as an associate broker and ultimately as the managing director of the Atlanta office.

Robert attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administation with a concentration in real estate and finance from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is a member of the University of Southern Mississippi Alumni Association and has a Georgia Real Estate Broker license.
