Eric is a seasoned BRK Real Estate Advisors Partner with over 30 years of experience in real estate brokerage, asset management, and valuation across all asset classes, including multi-family, retail, industrial, office, and special-use complexes. His deep expertise in the multi-family and retail sectors has resulted in over $1.2 billion in transactions across 80 deals in multi-family, $170 million across 30 retail transactions, $1.1 billion across 50 office deals, and $1.1 billion across 65 industrial transactions over the past 20+ years.
Eric is highly skilled in acquiring and disposing of investment real estate for private and institutional buyers and sellers nationally, with an impressive sales total of over $3.5 billion. He provides comprehensive advisory services in market research, asset positioning, financial modeling, equity capital raising, mortgage origination and structuring, joint venture structuring, leasing and dispositions, divestitures, portfolio management, and lease consulting.
Previously, Eric served as a Principal with Lee and Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania, a Director at Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Group, and Managing Director of Investment Sales at Professional Realty Advisors. Additionally, he held the Broker of Record position and Senior Account Representative at GMH Capital Partners in its Investment Services Division, managing the financial analysis and real estate property disposition process on a national level.
Eric began his career at V.H. Pasquarella, Sr., Appraisal Associates, Inc. and had an extensive background in real estate valuation, having previously worked at Integra Realty Resources and Joseph D. Pasquarella Company, providing appraisals for a broad range of real estate investment properties.
