Robert (Bob) H. Ledbetter, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of R.H. Ledbetter Properties, LLC Education Culver Summer School, Culver, Indiana, 1981 Darlington School, Rome, Georgia, 1984 University of Georgia, B.B.A. Real Estate Finance, 1989 Bob has worked in commercial real estate development since 1990. He specializes in all aspects of the development process including: Land purchase/assemblage Acquisition and redevelopment of existing properties Rezoning Construction financing negotiation Joint venture agreement negotiation Ground Lease negotiations Anchor tenant lease negotiation Construction management oversight Site Planning Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Coordination Since 1990, Bob has been involved directly in the development, redevelopment, acquisition, and disposition of over 3.7 million square feet of retail, medical, medical office, restaurant, and multi-family uses throughout Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, Indiana, and Virginia. Bob serves on the local board of directors of Citizens First Bank, a Synovus Bank (NYSE: SNV). He is a graduate of Leadership Georgia and a member of Rotary International and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). His volunteer service includes Darlington School, Culver Academy, and the Boys and Girls Club of NWGA. He is an elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Rome.
