Robert I. Kaltman is a Vice President with over 23 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Kaltman is in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group's Philadelphia office in the Northeast Region. Mr. Kaltman's primary geographical location is Pennsylvania, Delaware, Southern New Jersey and Northern Maryland. Mr. Kaltman is a member of the Multi-Family Specialty Group. Mr. Kaltman has experience providing real estate appraisals, consultations, reviews, market studies, rent analyses, feasibility studies, and litigation support.
Mr. Kaltman's experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including multi-family residential, office (single or multi-tenanted), industrial (R&D, warehousing, manufacturing, and food processing), retail, net-leased investments, medical, raw and developed land, residential subdivisions, golf courses, mixed-use developments, auto dealerships and other special purpose properties. He has extensive experience with multi-family, office, retail and industrial facilities in the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia Metropolitan Areas. Prior to joining CBRE in 2004, Mr. Kaltman was a Senior Consultant at Thorne Consultants, Inc. in Kensington, Maryland.
