Robert serves as the Vice President of Multifamily Sales at Silvestri Real Estate, where he has been a pivotal member of the team since joining in 2018. With a strategic focus on growth, he has successfully expanded Silvestri’s presence in Kentucky markets beyond Lexington, strengthening the company’s regional influence.

Before joining Silvestri, Robert honed his expertise in apartment management, spending seven years in on-site roles, primarily with Mid-America Apartment Communities (MAA). His hands-on experience in the multifamily sector has equipped him with deep industry knowledge and a client-centered approach.

A dedicated leader in the industry, Robert is actively involved in the Central Kentucky Apartment Association. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2018 and held the position of President from 2023 to 2024, driving initiatives to advance the association’s mission and foster community engagement.
