Robert Hardaway joined CBRE in 2018, where he focuses on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties across North Carolina & South Carolina. As a member of the CBRE Carolinas Institutional Properties team, Robert specializes in capital flows within the industrial, flex, office, mixed-use, and infill-land asset classes.

Since joining the CBRE Carolinas Investment Sales practice, Robert has assisted in the sourcing, underwriting, financial analysis, and disposition of wide-ranging, real estate assets – a capital markets transaction experience totaling in excess of $4.40 billion.

Robert graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science degree, with a dual major in Finance & Business Management.
