Robert Hamor

Robert Hamor has 30 years of both institutional and private real estate experience contributing to the execution of over $4.5 billion in multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and land transactions including acquisitions, investment sales, joint ventures, and advisory assignments. As Executive Vice President at Oak Residential Partners, Mr. Hamor is in charge of spearheading the company’s property acquisition activity in the southeastern region of the United States as well as working with the company principals to coordinate the company’s capital market activities. Prior to joining Oak Residential Partners, Mr. Hamor was the Managing Principal of Platinum Properties-Commercial which focused on purchaser’s representation, equity placement, and advisory work. Since 1987, Mr. Hamor has worked on property acquisitions and investment sales in various markets throughout the United States with a primary focus on the southeast region of the country. Mr. Hamor worked with established real estate heavy-weights, such as Landauer/Baring Advisors, and the RREEF Funds in New York City and Ram Development, DTZ Rockwood, and Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners in Palm Beach, Florida.
