Bio
Since joining CBRE in 1993 as an Office Property Specialist, Bob Fagan has been involved in over 1,500 projects with a gross consideration exceeding $1.5 billion. He has led, or has been an area team member for, Fortune 500 companies’ leasing assignments, serving both tenants and landlords.
Bob is a member of CBRE’s Law Firm Practice Group, which specializes in monitoring and understanding the real estate needs of the law firm industry. He has completed more than 700,000 square feet of law firm transactions, including renewal/relocations for Martin Pringle, Rasmussen-Dickey-Moore; Morrow, Wilnauer, Church; Dentons and Shook, Hardy & Bacon.
At CBRE, Bob has been a consistent Top Five performer (1997 to 2018), with multiple years as the #1 producer. He has been a Top 225 performer for CBRE internationally in 2006, 2007 and 2010.
Bob is a fourth generation Kansas Citian.
