Profile
Robert Eisenberg joined Cushman & Wakefield at the firm's Manhattan headquarters in January 2016 as executive vice president.
Mr. Eisenberg has spent his entire professional career focusing on tenant representation and corporate advisory services in Manhattan and throughout the United States. Over the course of his 21 year career, he has completed real estate transactions in excess of 5 million square feet with clients in a diverse range of industry groups including a wide variety of transaction size, complexity and location.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Eisenberg served as executive managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank for twelve years. Previous experience included two years as first vice president GVA Williams' New Jersey headquarters and seven years as a managing director at Studley, Inc.'s Manhattan office.
He began his career at Studley as a financial analyst before moving to a corporate advisory role. As an analyst, Mr. Eisenberg was responsible for preparing financial models for lease and sale transactions and for evaluating hundreds of lease documents.
