Robert Borny

Robert Borny is Senior Vice President of Capital Deployment for Dermody Properties and is responsible for identifying and executing industrial acquisition opportunities in the eastern United States that align with the company’s investment strategy. Mr. Borny is also responsible for the sourcing and execution of development projects, and the marketing and leasing of existing assets in the East Region. He is based in the Dermody Properties East Region office in Morristown, New Jersey.

Mr. Borny has more than a decade of experience in the industrial real estate development and investment industries. Prior to joining Dermody Properties, Mr. Borny was a Director at HFF in New Jersey, where he was responsible for sourcing and marketing industrial investment property sales. Mr. Borny has also held positions as a Senior Consultant for the Altus Group and as a Sales Associate with NAI James E. Hanson, where he focused on industrial sales and leasing throughout northern New Jersey.
