Robert Bonicoro

Rob Bonicoro works in the Global Retail Services Group of CBRE where he draws on his business background—as well as his innovative mindset—to strategize and deliver successful results for his clients while minimizing their real estate risk.

Rob provides tenant representation services to clients throughout the Tri-State Region. While his focus is business development in that region, CBRE’s global platform gives him the resources and tools necessary to help regional, national and international clients meet their multi-market requirements. In the last five years, Rob has closed more than $500 million in transaction volume on behalf of his clients.

While still serving a select handful of traditional retailers, Rob primarily represents food & beverage tenants. He recently completed more than 30 food and beverage deals in Manhattan. One of his recent notable transactions was on behalf of Market Lane for its 10,997-square-foot lease at Westfield’s World Trade Center site.

He has also acted as the leasing agent for prominent property owners such as Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation, Corigin Real Estate Group, Joseph P. Day Realty Corporation, Mitsui Fudosan, Northwood Investors, Rockfeld Group, Silverstein Properties, Tribeca Associates and Western Management. Among his notable agency-side transactions, Rob completed the 26,190-square-foot Nordstrom’s/Trunk Club lease at 457 Madison Avenue—the “Mansion on Madison”—on behalf of Northwood Investors.

Prior to joining CBRE, Rob was the Director of Sales at Sun Space Design, a construction firm located near Chicago. Prior to that, he spent many years as the proprietor of his own commercial photography studio in New York City.
