Robert Boles

Bob Boles is a senior vice president and head of the human resources team at PPM America, Inc. (PPM). In this role, he is responsible for all recruiting, compensation, benefits and training, and development programs for the company. Prior to joining PPM in 2002, he was human resources director at Fireman's Fund Insurance. Previously he was the director of staffing, planning and communication for Dade Behring (now part of Siemens). Bob earned a master's degree from the University of Illinois and a bachelor's degree in economics from Vanderbilt University.
