Bio

Robert Black is a senior vice president and a member of the national Seniors Housing Services group at Kidder Mathews. Mr. Black and his business partner Sean McNee handle investment sales while providing solutions to clients that are looking to increase their property and business value over a short period of time.

 

Mr. Black has been working in commercial real estate since graduating from the business school at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1996. He has focused on providing debt, equity, and repositioning solutions for clients in addition to investment sales.

 

Mr. Black and Mr. McNee have over 30 years of combined experience in the sector and have been involved in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of over $3 billion in total consideration of senior housing and healthcare properties. Mr. Black’s comprehensive understanding of the national senior housing market is complemented by his thorough analysis and marketing skills involving sale negotiations. A shrewd negotiator and effective communicator, he achieves his clients’ objectives and goals in a timely and organized fashion.
